Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Practice Revenue Ops website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Client services are governed by a separate written service agreement. Where these website terms conflict with an executed service agreement concerning those services, the service agreement controls.
Services Description
Practice Revenue Ops provides healthcare administrative support, including front office management, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorization support, medical scribing, patient communication, and revenue cycle administration. Hospital and laboratory support may also be discussed.
Specific tasks, staffing, coverage, fees, responsibilities, authorized access, and reporting are defined in each client’s service agreement. Website descriptions do not establish an engagement or guarantee availability or results.
A free practice audit is an introductory discussion of administrative priorities and potential support. It is not a formal financial, clinical, legal, or compliance audit.

Please provide accurate business and contact details. The inquiry consent checkbox permits us to contact you about your request; it does not enroll you in marketing texts.
A submission receipt indicates acceptance by the configured delivery provider. It does not confirm inbox delivery, acceptance as a client, or the start of services. If delivery cannot be confirmed, contact us directly.
SMS Communications & Messaging Terms
The current website forms do not provide a separate SMS marketing opt-in and do not subscribe you to an SMS campaign. Providing a phone number alone is not SMS marketing consent.
If Practice Revenue Ops introduces an SMS program, we will request a separate, clearly identified opt-in before enrollment. The enrollment notice will describe whether messages concern inquiries, service updates, or marketing, and the applicable program terms.
- Message frequency may vary by the program described at enrollment.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.
- An active program will provide opt-out instructions, including replying STOP, and help instructions, including replying HELP.
- You can also contact info@practicerevenueops.com or +1 (305) 428-4439 for assistance.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary service providers may process information solely to operate an opted-in program on our behalf.
Use of Website
Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, submit deceptive requests, or impair another visitor’s use.
Public forms are for business inquiries. Do not send patient records, protected health information, passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information through them.
Intellectual Property
Website text, designs, graphics, and original materials are owned by Practice Revenue Ops or used under permission or license. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view the website for informational purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, or creation of derivative works requires prior written permission unless otherwise permitted by applicable law or an applicable license. Displaying a platform logo does not establish endorsement, certification, or partnership.
Confidentiality & Healthcare Information
Confidentiality, authorized access, and information handling for client engagements are addressed in the applicable service agreement. Where an engagement involves protected health information and a business associate relationship, the required Business Associate Agreement and appropriate safeguards must be established before that information is shared.
The public inquiry forms are not intended for patient information. A website inquiry does not create a Business Associate Agreement or authorize access to clinical systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Practice Revenue Ops is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit. Liability concerning contracted services is addressed in the applicable service agreement.
Disclaimer
Website information is provided for general informational purposes. It is not professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Administrative support does not replace clinical judgment or the responsibilities of your authorized practice team.
Results depend on individual practice circumstances and the agreed scope. We do not guarantee revenue increases, reimbursement, payer decisions, uninterrupted website availability, or specific outcomes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the website or services change. The date at the top identifies the latest update. Review this page periodically; changes to an existing client engagement remain subject to its service agreement.
